October 50% Back Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

The details of our October Special Promotion are as follows:

1. Promotion begins on September 29, 2016 and ends with orders received by October 31, 2016 by 11:59 EST.

2. Priceless Inkjet Cartridge Co. has agreed to a sales promotion program that will award all customer an opportunity to receive a refund of 50% of their October online purchases.

3. The customer selected randomly by a third party, shall receive a refund of 50% of the total of his or her purchase(s) during the promotion period. Any applicable sales taxes or shipping charges are not calculated into the refund amount. As an example if three orders are submitted by a customer totaling the amount of $210.44 and that customer's order is selected then the two additional orders will be added in calculating the total refund amount.

4. Merchant Integration Inc. has been appointed as the third party selection firm that will determine the lucky customer to receive the appropriate refund amount.

5. The selection of the customer to receive the 50% refund will be held on November 7, 2016 after all orders have been processed and shipped.

6. The chances to benefit in this "Sales Promotion" is directly related to the amount of sales orders received from the http://www.picink.com website. The percentages cannot at this time be provided but it could be made available after the promotion is concluded.

7. The promotion is a "Sales Promotion" and there are no alternative free entries. The promotion is for those customers that typically shop or would like to shop and purchase their printer /copier supplies from the web-store.

8. This is not a Sweepstakes or a Game of Chance and we are not encouraging a customer to purchase anything that they generally would not.

9. The selected customer will be notified by email (email address provided on the purchase order) by a representative of the on-line store within 24 hours after the selection process.

10. Placing an order on the http://www.picink.com web-store is confirmation that you have read and agree to these disclosures.

11. Orders which have been credited the 50% promotion amount and require a cash refund will only be refunded 50% of the returned item cost.
