What is your product guarantee and return policy? All products are 100% guaranteed! Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
Will remanufactured and/or compatible products work in my printer? Yes, these products are thoroughly tested and 100% guaranteed. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem please contact our customer service department for answers and assistance.
If a remanufactured or compatible cartridge does not work can I return it? Yes, all products we sell are 100% guaranteed and if you are unhappy with the quality or in the unlikely event the product does not work, you can always return it for replacement or refund, as long as it is done in accordance with our Return Policy.
On the product page, for some items it shows 'Please call for availability'. What does that mean? Certain products may have limited quantities in stock or may be backordered. As a result, they may not be immediately available for shipping and we ask you to confirm availability before placing an order.
Do you re-fill cartridges? The short answer is no. The cartridges we offer are not re-filled. Because of the advanced printing technologies modern printers use, remanufacturing a cartridges is not a process as simple as refilling it with ink or toner. Compatible/remanufactured products are professionally remanufactured using specific patented processes to reach a high quality end product, which closely matches the higher priced original brands. There is a big difference between a refill and remanufactured alternative products.
Where will my order ship from? Based on availability and destination, we try to ship orders from your the warehouse nearest to you. In order to ensure quick delivery, we currently have over ten strategically located warehouses nationwide.
How long does the standard free shipping usually take to arrive? Our Standard shipping service will usually take between 2 and 5 business days. Most times your order will be delivered around 2 to 3 business days, but in rare cases it may arrive on the 6th or 7th business day at the latest. Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track it while in transit using the carrier tracking number provided.
I have a problem with my order We are sorry if you have a problem with the supplies you received. Please call our customer service department and a representative will make sure that any issue is resolved to your satisfaction!
Can I send my empty cartridges for recycling to Priceless Inkjet? Do you provide a shipping label? Yes, we do have a program to assist with proper recycling and remanufacturing of empty cartridges. Certain ink and toner cartridges do qualify for out collection program. Please contact us with the make and product numbers of the products you wish to recycle. For qualifying empty cartridges we will also provide pre-paid shipping labels.
Do you ship to Canada or other International destinations? No, currently we only ship to destinations within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and US possessions). Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.
