All orders submitted before 4:30pm Eastern Time are processed on the same business day. Overnight orders are shipped on the same business day, as long as you can be reached by phone at the number provided, in case we need to verify billing information or confirm product availability.

Important: we only ship to United States shipping addresses.

It is not possible to select a specific shipping carrier, as we select it based on your shipping address and the warehouse where the order ships from. Most orders are delivered via UPS, USPS or FedEx, but ensure fastest delivery possible, for certain areas we use special couriers. On the East Coast orders may be shipped via Eastern Connection and on the West Coast via OnTrac.

IMPORTANT: In the event any additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you for approval, prior to billing your order!

Details and Limitations

Please provide accurate contact information, as we may need to verify your billing information prior to shipping your order. Order processing time may be affected in case you fail to provide accurate information or if you are unreachable by phone.

Delivery service to Military APO, FPO, AE and AP addresses is available, however please note that as only USPS services can be used for delivery to such destinations, additional handling charges may apply in order for us to arrange pre-delivery and sorting of products prior to final shipment. Should this be the case, we will contact you for approval of such charges before processing your order.

Orders returned due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information provided will be subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Street address is required for all orders.

Additional charges apply for parcels shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Palau, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa or the Federated States of Micronesia and will be charged additional postage in accordance with US Postal rates for size and weight of package. Please call for exact shipping rates. No expedited shipping service is offered to the above listed locations.

In rare cases, parcels may incur additional charges due to weight and/or destination. Customers will be contacted for approval by telephone or e-mail in the unlikely event additional charges apply to ship their order.
